    All of my troops have been taken out of the territory I captured from Were and I'm giving all of the land I took from him back.

    I also hire 1000 mercenaries to start taking back cities from Atomic and assist in the bombing campaign. I am still requesting help from my allies, and would appreciate it if I could get that help.
