Once I capture Icono's capital, I occupy it and take his leaders prisoner. I tell Icono that I will only release them if he gives me all of his land on the Eastern Continent and moves to the Western Continent. He must also never attack Jared or I again, or set up a colony on the Eastern Continent.

Here's the conversation Atomic and I had: Me: Will you help me fight Icono? Atomic: @kevino: sure. i have steam gunships now, so i can do lots of damage from the sky, and then escape quickly.

I said my entire fleet, and I send all the troops that I don't need to defend my country. So basically if I need 10k troops for Icono not to push back my borders, then I send the rest.

Kevino, I didn't see atomic say that. "However many I can spare without Icono pushing back." so... all of them..?... and icono has cannons too... and you didn't say how ships you sent... I would assume that icono would have most of his ships defending that area, since it would be important for trade...

However many I can spare without Icono pushing back. It should be a lot, since Atomic said that he sent his army to help Jared and I.
