    I have a few ships wait along Cody's shipping lanes (you should add them on the map) and capture merchant vessels, which are then converted into military ships. Will Cody have any negative effects from having his river disrupted?

    It wasn't that long ago... Anyway, Cody's soldiers will run out of money pretty fast, since I am blocking trade and supplies incoming to the area.
