This has altered previous saves (From others) which I give them partial credit. Make sure to activate Ambient,Newton. This is a planet that is slowing warming. The north pole is the dominant country, it has nuclear weapons. Feel free to destroy it ahah

    Make sure to turn all the first four options on, turn air simulation on. Enjoy. I have other various situations, with stronger suns and so forth.
