Plus the abitrary restrictions on various fun techs make it impossible to do some things.

If you are updating this game now then I request that research times actually exist and enforced as atm I feel as though RnD times don't exist and there's no point in trying to research new things to be better than everyone else because they can get away with researching them instantly.
