That could be why all the lights are red, the gas only becomes toxic in certain wavelengths of light. (or the plants don't produce the gas from red light)

Hmm interesting idea, can't think of a gas that would become toxic only in the presence of sunlight, or if there was one, what happens when someone turns on a flashlight? 11/10 ign would poison friend with my flashlight again +1

i am slightly irritated by your tutorial though XD i had aaalllmost finished an earthlike planet just as you published your tutorial, now i have to wait a few weeks to publish it so it doesn't get grouped in with all the other planet art saves and ignored. (it was a damn good tutorial for beginners though and this save is proof of how amazingly well it works)
