    The direction of fire is generated by the randomly appearing plutonium, uranium occuring inside the firing chamber. If these leak, and the fuel chamber up top leaks, you'll get a big explosion.

    "Cannon" implies something re-usable. This seems more of a bomb, since it destroys itself.
