As it turns out, the filt is not actually to be decoded by hand; it's to be decoded by the LightPC 29-bit computer. Those aren't pure binary numbers (well, technically...), part of them are instructions, part is number A and the other part is number B.
I think your suppose to ctrl+C ctrl+V the filt onto the way of the phot laser.
put it on a piston and then keed pushing it and make a thing that can decode the colors
Wow, if thats binary, those are all big numbers (all pixels have bigger values then 536870912)
