sentinal-5 21st Apr 2015okay, so i just did some rough maths. and (not accounting for aerodynamic drag) i used the rate at which plutonium (the fastest falling element in the game) accelerates in freefall to calculate the size of a pixel. they are roughly >0.816recurring metres squared. so from now on (assuming for aerodynamic effects) i will be calling pixels 1m^2, which means this only has to be going at 120m/s in order to appear to go in a straight line. that's only a little more than 1/3 the speed of sound!

sentinal-5 21st Apr 2015@MEOWS why don't we just assume it's going REALLY fast? imagine TPT cells are 1cm^2. if a projectile was moving fast enough, it could traverse the entire screen and more without moving greater than or equal to one centimetre vertically, making the motion imperciptible in TPT. after all, the BRAY behind it sorta looks like mach effects around the fins that are supposedly stabilizing it. they could be smaller than 1cm^2 right? if you can't use your imagination, try science. you might not need it.
