A STAR container with a liquid release mechanism to release the GLOW inside. Also comes with a pressure lessening mechanism.

its somehow an utility but also slightly useless at the same time. like, i see myself trying to make chemical reactions inside of this but a thought makes me think that it serves no purpose, and it should stop existing, now.
