This device lets you set and view any color representable with PHOT/FILT/BIZR. Note that this isn't about the binary aspect of FILT logic, this focuses purely on the color produced by the wavelength.

    @Cube, almost everyone who uses PHOT has tried to make 0-ctyped PHOTons, but since TPT's background is black, black PHOTons would'nt be visible, therefore the Devs represented Black PHOTons with the closest color to them, Blue.
