This device lets you set and view any color representable with PHOT/FILT/BIZR. Note that this isn't about the binary aspect of FILT logic, this focuses purely on the color produced by the wavelength.

You can't actually view 'any'... For example, the red 9 binary starts with 2~3 orange that will always be added first instead of allowing 111111000

The darkest gray you can produce is probably 1 yellow + 1 blue. But that's still not black, and not wavelength zero.

Actually the thing is that black PHOTs don't exist. Same thing with BRAYs. The only way to create a black FILT is to have a black BRAY or PHOT touch the DTEC, which is impossible.
