Controled by the UKN, this important choke-point is located at the crossing between the Libron river into the Lyvenis sea. During the first war of Luvinicus, this was one of the first military defences built, which allowed the UKN to stop Terran advance.

    I suggest you add more buildings to make it look like a major city, it would make it 10x better then right now. Although you got my vote +1

    During the First Califual War on Luvinicus, the UKN was the first of the two titans (the UKN and TU) to crumble from internal disputes and civil wars, so in a desperate attempt to stop the Terran advance throughout the UKN controled oil-fields, the Kazhars built this military choke-point to keep both the Terran army and navy at bay, away from any more precious minerals.
