La Monarchie Mondiale de la France (The World Monarchy of France) is the great ruler of an alternate world. This is a typical MFF city, hidden beneath a dome. Outside lies the horrific remains of a long gone past, where criminals are left to die.

    Got bored. A single pulse of sprk will kill (on average to three sig fig) 91.4% (2250 of 2460) of the city's population not including people in helicopters. A sustained sprk attack can kill as much as 96.3% (2370 of 2460). These stats only include those burned alive. People buried under metal and flung into the sky by the pressure don't count.
