Five Nights At Freddy's 2: Old Chica by TheBlueHorse
Old Chica (and Old Bonnie) have a pattern very similar to the first game. And Old Chica seems to have had her eye sockets also extended to show the whole animatronic eye lenses that covers the animatronic eyes.
