    @Lord_Bowserinator: A save with just signs is supplying information, it does actually have a purpose. This is actually very organized, if it was sloppy, the signs would be less orderly placed about the save.

    Everyone has their own sense of voting etiquette, i think it would be wrong impose that yours is superior.

    I never downvote saves :D, although some of the downvote reasons are unpublish reasons for me lol. If a save is bad i'll just not vote on it.

    I would probably add "Ignore/be nicer if save is clearly made by a beginner/learner." I like encouragement :) (+1)
