    the exot tanks are supposed to be warp field projectors. they would emmit a negative gravity field making them imune to fire. also its to slanted to fit any guns.

    Just... A flanking, diagonal attack can still pretty easily obliterate those massive exotic matter tanks, causing a real mess.

    any ship attacking from behind would get vaporized by the engine exhaust and the insane levels of radiation that come with it.

    lol. perhaps not unsuspecting, but un-aware of what is about to happen to them. i guess it is pretty obvious that they are looking down the barrel of a giant cannon though.

    But i like the new turrets. Just add a few rear-facing ones, this thing still is vulnerable from behind.
