Quantum tunneling happens when a group of electrons travel through a seemingly solid object (this is the best i could do in tpt) so hope you enjoy some brain farts :D

Thats not what quantum tunneling is, merely a representation of it. In reality, it refers to the slight probability that and electron or other quantum particle can be where it shouldn't be, a proof of the fact that objects on the quantum scale do not always follow the path of least resistance like normal objects.
