Spark the tip of the middle building to launch the "tsunami" Or give it enough time and it will sink on it's own. Also i've never seen stargate atlantis and this is not based of the show, it's based off the myth.

    As Arey said, this seems to be based off the Atlantis from Stargate: Atlantis. That's why it is built like this.
