Spark the tip of the middle building to launch the "tsunami" Or give it enough time and it will sink on it's own. Also i've never seen stargate atlantis and this is not based of the show, it's based off the myth.

    You should coat some of the buildings with rubidium so that the buildings fall apart when hit by the tsunami. (+1)
