An interesting concept with GRVT I found. Credit to Tanatos for the city I used. If this counts as copying I will remove it.

    Turn on Newotian Gravity, and select NGRV. Then (with a default sized brush size) hold the NGRV down in the middle of the sky. When the needle of the tall building is about to hit the ground, stop using the NGRV. And you will see something cool. :)

    Put a pixel of GRVT in the middle with Newtonian Gravity on, seriously, try it

    basically what I did was turn off newtonian gravity and did !set type all grvt in the console
