MORT is a hidden (yet searchable) SMKE emission particle. I can't find any useful purposes for it, other than being slightly cool. It usually stays around 300'C

Extremely useful as PROT/PLSM generators in bombs, can also be used as shielding if carefully placed in bunkers. possibility of a randomiser, gonna look into that.
