in fact, if you get a room full of pure oxygen just filled completely with it, if you light a lighter, that whole room goes up in flames -

I too find it annoying sometimes that things are not what they should be.( one of the biggest ones for me is how oxygen burns, which it doesn't irl) We could make a decent list of all the un-realistic things. And yes, I also know that this would not work irl.

I'm sorry, but this powerplant would not work for a second in reality. It takes energy to split hydrogen and oxygen atoms in a water molecule, so you are getting no energy at all from this - if you were to build this in real life, you'd just get the energy you put into it back (except less due to various factors such as resistance). -

why do theese simple things get on fp so much i mean no offense but i have made 3 of them and 2 of them took like 20 minutes. the third was nuclear powered (more on that later) -
