v1.11: added basic signs for now, changed dmg and gbmb to virus and soap, make deut tool super cold, and changed neut to prot. please tell me how I can improve this. coming soon: portal instead of wifi

oh but one thing try make the drill use convertor instead of sticky frame and make the converter turn what it hits into ember so it's actually like a drill. :) -
