    The engine didn't explode number cruncher, its tyre broke and hit a fuel tank and wire wich set the fuel on fire, the pilots thaught it was an engine fire so they turned it on and lost speed killing everyone

    It was a beautiful aircraft, It's a shame there is no supersonic airliners today, they would be so efficient.

    aahh... the Concorde. they were put out of service because once one of them took off, with loads of people in it, and its engine was exploding. (looks like a rocket engine on one wing) so it didnt get enough power to lift off. and then it hit the ground... :( +1 howver
