    Something that would be cool would be blood pressure, so when he bleeds, it actually squirts out and he loses pressure in his blood!

    @Loadstar: You could add a lung-shaped organ and just have it use a piece of breakable clone using Oxygen and a piece of Void, or Portal allowing the oxygen to be fed into the bloodstream.
