New Tool Suggestion (READ DESC) by MSFMiller
New suggestion for tools so tools become more handy. I didn't have enough text space so I'll put something extra here. I believe that copy and pastes should be able to move pixel by pixel and not 2 or 3 pixel by pixel. thanks for reading :)
