This is a new form of VIBR. If anyone knows about this, please comment. It destroys EXOT, and doesnt explode like normal VIBR. I'm not even sure how I made it! Please Enjoy!

    oops... you can make it with EXOT and molten titanium

    Haha I have not been on TPT in a long time! Hi newb and EpicDesign! As for everyone else, I seem to have made this without starting with any VIBR in any form.. Just a little bit of exot.

    It can be made very easily, but if you made it without console commands then it would be very useful.
