    The function is fine, you just have to be precise where you SPRK. Also, if it is not shooting, make sure to reload, then SPRK bolt

    Well, these are explosive rounds, so maybe colored blue for caution? I don't know

    I've seen this somewhere before.. But, blue colored casing isn't actually THAT BAD. There is actually a type of bullet that has a blue GLASS casing, but it's a spreadshot. So, in short, not for a sniper.
