The boiling point of any substance does not nessisarily have to be very hot. When a liquid boils, it is transitioning into a gas due to the atoms moving at a higher speed. At this tempurature and pressure, Oxygen is able to boil.

uh.. yes, it is actually.. ever wonder why you don't get liquid propane coming out of a gas cannister? the relatively warm gas is compressed so that its particles cannot move very much, then when the pressure is let off (more volume becomes available to fill) the compressed liquid boils a little to fill it with gas that can now move. "when a liquid boils, it is transitioning into a gas" please explain which part of that statement is not true?

Not true for propane and propane accessories.
