    YES!!!/THE BUILDING CLOSEST TO THE TOWER IS COPIED!!! I think he threw this all together... like a city convention... I can tell it's copied because of the RBDM in the windows. It's from that one city... And, really, you need to give credit.

    I don't know for sure, but it looks like all of it is coppied. The tower in center is off the ground a couple pixles. So he used a stamp from somewere.
