Twin Turbo Rotary engine 13B-REW V3 by ratfink808
Third version of this engine. Fixed the twin turbo system to be more accurate to the real thing. Also made a much better oil cooler that doesn't interfere with the engine cooling. Run with ambient heat sim on.
