Spark the PSCN first on the bottom of the DEUT holding tank, then on the top. Quickly spark the NSCN on the top after the PSCN for best results! DISCLAIMER: DON'T UNLEASH THE NEUTRONS UNTIL YOU HAVE SEALED THE DEUT HOLDING TANK COMPLETELY!!!
