    Your title is fallacious. P=>Q,P=>R. Q does not imply R. The streamline acts as a measure of wind, how fast the wind is, and what direction it is. Pressure from the fan causes the streamline to fly out, and wind is being shot at the pressure sensitive explosive. This didn't mean that the streamline detonated the explosive.
