Singularity + Gel Bomb by Dhanco
After SING was nerfed, I found an interesting way of creating a large explosion of neutrons by encasing a ball of pre-explosive SING in some GEL. The same can be achieved by encasing the SING bomb in quartz, however, it will be electrons that fire out.

Kikinicij in the description it says pre-explosive gel so he didn't trick you. -

BOO! I took away the gel and it still exploded. Its just a trick. No gel needed. -1
