    Your orbit should be eliptical that way they dont fall out of orbit or go into a decaying orbit.

    Hmmm... how much delta-v did it take to get these particles in orbit? What kind of engines did you use?

    I did this before. Its not too hard to make. You just have to get it in the right position and drop it then copy and paste.
