Feel free to reupload this, although im my opinion powder toy is already flooded with saves that have been destroyed and reuploaded, so why add another? If you want to show off your bomb put it in it's own save.

Really really sorry, but in my opinion, this save is not of the quality that should be allowed on the front page. I think you needed more original work. I know that you made the bomb, but its merely "cool", not thought provoking, deeply technical, or even artistic. Sorry, but I guess I will have to downvote. I hope that you will not be too upset by this. -
