I like this concept and I think I'll experiment with it. Though, you should try making it so it heats less when rods are in. Ctrl rods pulled out make it heat up, not cool. Maybe... titanium around a pump that exposes the pump when pulled out. -

nice idea, I like it. But how do you start the reactor? O.o
