The shelter uses solar energy to provide power for the television and light. There is also a water filtration and storage system for the water. It is 99.9% destroyable. (Theres a bit of dlay in the Sun) Post improvements in the comments.

    @venomx Fallout shelters are not designed to withstand a direct nuclear explosion. They are designed to withstand the radioactive substances that come after.

    The sun needs to not "leak". My experimental bomb seriously made it leak.

    you cannot make something radioactive that was not, you can only mix in radioactive elements, its been proven a long time ago
