So, protons are the only thing other than EMP that can change WiFi channel other than manual adjustment of the channel?

Can someone list which zero-conductivity materials can still have their temperature changed by PROT?

I know WIFI is on the list, but I'm sure there are others.

So, protons are the only thing other than EMP that can change WiFi channel other than manual adjustment of the channel?
