Can someone list which zero-conductivity materials can still have their temperature changed by PROT?

I know WIFI is on the list, but I'm sure there are others.

Every element has temp changed by prot. WiFi and portals have special code to change the "channel" (so they go in 100C increments). Other non-conductors all change temp the same from prot --jacob1 15:50, 3 August 2017 (BST)

So, protons are the only thing other than EMP that can change WiFi channel other than manual adjustment of the channel?
