Creation
Snow can be created by cooling WATR, DSTW, BUBW or SLTW while applying pressure. It is also created when ICE breaks under pressure.
Reactions
Most snow melts back into the element it was formed from (WATR, DSTW, BUBW) at 0°C. Snow formed from SLTW melts at a lower temperature, -21.1°C
Properties
Uses
Good for ctype bombs. Used as a coolant. Good for powerplants, or cities involving a cold theme.
