i built a plasma cannon, its real simple, make a diamond cylinder, keep one end open, fill the back half with plutonium, place metal on the outside of the cylindar with a bit exposed and the open end, place foam at end and fill empty space with NBLE gas, and place battery on metal, plasma cannon!
