    Making a university requires a Bachelor's degree. This makes degrees more of a rarity, and makes sure degrees are certified. So unless you want to pay 2000 credits for exams and degree, I'd suggest trying something else until you can afford it.

    no where they work on my assembly lines making tanks ( apprenticeship)

    Yes, approval given. Basically it's a company still in my terms. Just list it into your company, since it's apprenticeship in some trade.
