But If I had a gun, I would have an automatic shotgun with laser sight and grenade launcher attachment.

... thats impossible the recoil would be too high the shottys design is a bad recoil resistant design the gun transfers the shock through all the gun and why would u use a scope with a shotty thats useless

I'd hold a sword, but have a XM8 equipped with a XM320 grenade launcher and Scope hidden behind my back. They'll never see it coming.

Sword. If enemy has a gun I have one as backup. I have sword training so... only makes sense I use it.
