refresh betton changes

    refresh on your own save meens now SAVE and this the most stupid thing that ever made
    if you didnt know in 45.2 you can save just by save with the same name and even do it PRIVATE and you cant do this with the refresh batton

    SO BRING IT BACK TO THE PREVIUS STATE
