A selection tool that is used via some key shortcut.

Use:
When the shortcut is hit, the current element that is highlighted will be selected, the console will open up with the elements location (x,y) as well as the starting code to modify the element. The beginning code will change based on the element.

Example:
You have some wifi that you wish to be at 4000 degrees. While you could use heat, it takes a while to reach 4k. Using the correct key combo while the wifi is highlighted, the console opens up with the wifi's location and change temp code. The user simply enters in the desired temperature and presses enter.
