How am I breaking game rules? Does the not-destroy 40% of civilization apply with blowing your own country up? 'Cause the weapon will only raise the surface temp of Earth about... 3 or 4 degrees-ish, I think...
I don't think it's legal to kill my everything all in one turn. I'm just going to say that you attacked them, so I have some time to respond.
On the forgotten Moon, in order to avenge A.H.S.S. Victory and Terra's Pride, from the many silos situated there arise dozens of drexon missiles. They smash into one of the Zylit's space-city and with just 2 missiles, the fuel supply is hit and the city explodes like a fire-work. Since the Zylit did not care about OUR civilian cassualties, we will not care about theirs either, however, those who managed to get in contact with A.H. supply vehicles were parachuted back down to the Zylit. On Europa, some Zylit ships attempted to take over, but since Europa had a lot of time to dig in and a major portion of our armada was stationed there, the Zylit forces, under constant bombardment of A.H. batteries on Europa's surface are forced to give up the advance. In our colonized Cesian system, the Zylit forces, having no clue where to go (we never told you the exact location of the system) wasted precious days trying to get to the right location, meaning that our forces along with the Cesians had a large amount of time to prepare defences. While the Psion Cesians would hypnotize Zylit pilots to drag them into combat, while the A.H. armada would use 'pincer tactics', to have the heavier ships in front while the faster ones attack along the sides, effectively trapping the enemy in a kill-zone and with that, the exhausted Zylit forces were wiped out completely and their messages intercepted before they could reach Earth, granting that they will be unable to know the exact location of the system. However, we do believe that some have landed in the icey rocky planets of the outer system, but the A.H. armada was too exhausted to check, so they just took defensive positions in between the 5th and 6th planet.
Now, it is our turn to attack. After talks with the NN, we agree that the Zylit are no longer welcomed in Zeta-6 and A.H. forces begin clashing with the Zylit defenders. Since the colonies there weren't supplied well enough (you barely ever talk about them, that's why) the A.H. defenders had no problem in taking over the moons. Talks will begin with the NN about the fate of these locations at the end of the war.
The A.H.C. asks for peace with the Zylit.
