    This is my simple way

    Turn on WYSIWYG then press that picture icon "Insert/Edit Image" next to "Block Quarte" then insert the link of your picture

    Sorry for that but are you trolling ? it's impossible that you don't know the answer

    Can you use HTML without WYSIWYG off?

    If yes, you can use "<img src='someimage.png'>"

    Turn it on for the moment why not ?

    Or use @GreenFireDragon 's way (which is the harder)

    Go to your profile, click edit and tick the box next to Use WYSIWYG editor where available.

    Then you would post to a thread or start a new one normally.

    When you are posting, click the picture icon and enter the url of the picture (Upload your picture to imgur.com) then click on done and click on the post button

    To post an image to the Internet, you first need to upload it somewhere, called an image host (catchy, I know). It's the place that takes your image file and keeps it on their servers for anyone to access on the Internet, and currently it's the only* way of storing images so that you can post it on the forum

    So what you have to do is first go to an image host (alt) (alt) and maybe make an account there. Then upload an image and find a place where you can get the direct link (opposed to webpage links, direct links are the image and zero cruft around it).

    After that, all you need to do is put that direct link into the
    src
    attribute of the
    img
    tag. This is way simpler than it sounds:
    <img src="http://puu.sh/9sTmu/1106d55291.png" />

    VoilĂ ! An image!
