3) that's not really something bannable, everyone is free to pick whatever nickname they want -
4) Don't impersonate people with similar names, or use someone else's account here. Expect to be banned if you do, there's not much tolerance for it here. Multiple people using a single account specifically designed for that purpose is fine, as long as you don't post on the forums with it.
There might be a rule against impersonation,but it your case,it does not apply.For one,the "faker" is not posting on the forums, and(Edit:nevermind,he actaully does post on here) secondly,this only applies to people impersonating people within the community,so you don't really apply.Also:
Please provide an in-depth description with as many details as possible.

Sorry, but I'm not too bothered about nickname clashes with other sites, only with other usernames registered on Powder Toy. Nicknames on the internet are not unique, registering a name on one site does not reserve it for that person's use across the entire internet. For example, there is someone called jacksonmj on Roblox, but that's not me.
Also, the name seems to be chosen deliberately, but he does say he's not the Roblox Merely. In the comments on http://tpt.io/~1145455 :

Yeah, it's a bit far fetched. There's someone on Roblox called CEEJAYBEE but it's not me. I didn't even steal his name, I took CeeJayBee from my initials (CJB)
EDIT: It seems this account was just created to point this out ._.
His only group is called "Real usernames" and the desc is "If your a real user not a fake then join this"
